SMS messaging terms
Program description. Dryer Vent Squad of Katy operates a customer care and appointment messaging program. Messages may include appointment scheduling and confirmations, service reminders, technician arrival notifications, quote delivery, and quote follow-ups.
How to opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our quote request form and submitting your phone number. We do not add anyone to our messaging program without this explicit opt-in.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us. Most customers receive messages only around an active service request or scheduled appointment.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further messages. You may also opt out by calling 346-248-4493 or emailing katytx@dryerventsquad.com.
How to rejoin. If you have opted out and would like to start receiving messages again, reply START to our number, submit the quote form again with the SMS box checked, or call us at 346-248-4493 and ask to opt back in.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at 346-248-4493.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to buy any service from us. You can always reach us by phone or email instead.
Supported carriers. Our messaging program is supported on major United States carriers. Availability may vary.
Privacy. Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for the aggregators and messaging providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.
Industry standards. Our messaging program is operated in compliance with the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and applicable carrier requirements.
Legal compliance. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing electronic and text-message communications.
Services and estimates
Quotes provided through this website are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing is confirmed on site before work begins. We will never perform additional billable work without your approval.
Scheduling and cancellation
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us at 346-248-4493. We ask for reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a service we performed, contact us and we will make it right.
Website use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to submit false or fraudulent information, and not to submit a phone number you are not authorized to use. Site content is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated at any time.
Limitation of liability
